Camille Cheng is a three-time Hong Kong Olympic swimmer (2016, 2021, 2024) and a seven-time Asian Games medalist. Raised between Hong Kong and Beijing, she graduated from the University of California, Berkeley (’15) with a degree in psychology before earning her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (’19) and a Sports and Performance Psychology certification (’21). She is currently a sport psychology practitioner under training. A dedicated mental health advocate, Camille co-founded Mind the Waves, a Hong Kong-based charity empowering youth mental well-being. In 2025, she was invited by the International Olympic Committee to serve as one of twelve global Mental Health Ambassadors, representing Asia. Leveraging her platform, she delivers keynote speeches, participates in industry fireside chats, and recently shared her insights as a TEDx speaker.
