Professional Members - Sports Nutrition Pofessionals
Overview: Professional membership with full benefits, voting privileges, and eligibility for board of director nomination is open to people who have graduated with a degree in health/exercise/nutrition related field of study and who are professionally active in sport nutrition through teaching, clinical practice, research, and experience. Current and sustained membership in your country's national sports nutrition organization AND/OR your country’s or other sport science/medicine or nutrition organization is a requirement for this status.
Member benefits include:
- access to the full PINES database of sports nutrition professionals, including publications
- access to a library of food and sports images that you can use for any non-commercial purpose
- the opportunity to participate in an online Open Forum to exchange news, views and resources with colleagues around the world
Other benefits are currently in negotiation, including reduced-cost access to professional journals/articles, member discounts on book purchases, etc.

Membership Fees:
The annual membership fee is US $ 35 for Professional Members (with voting rights) and US $ 25 for Associate Members such as students and other professionals not qualifying for Professional Membership.
PINES is tax exempt under 501(c)(3). Your entire membership fee is deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. PINES has not provided you with any goods or services in exchange for your membership payment.
