Professional Organisations and Associations

Apart from PINES, which is a global association for individuals working in sports nutrition and dietetics, most associations are organised on a national basis. Membership of some of these organisations is open only to registered dietitians, while others are open to both nutritionists and dietitians. Some of the organisations listed below are oriented towards sports medicine and/or sports science, but have some sports nutrition elements. Not all of these websites are not friendly towards non-members, but some include substantial amounts of freely-available information, in some cases, this includes job postings.
