My goals in sports nutrition
I want to inform athletes of the importance their nutrition has on their health and how it can positively or negatively impact their performance. Overall, my goal is to come up with nutrition plans specific to that athlete that would help them obtain thei

My own sporting background
Played collegiate tennis for a Div 1 university (Montana State)

My favourite sporting moment or heroes
Isner–Mahut tennis match at the 2010 Wimbledon Championships. It is the longest match in tennis history by the amount of time and number of games played. I've never seen a match played with so much emotion, heart, and mental toughness.

My favourite foods
Salmon, asparagus, butternut squash, chicken, brussel sprouts, almonds, peanut butter, berries

Other things of interest about me
I enjoy weight training at the gym, running (trail & road), and hiking.

Highlights of my year
Hiking in US national parks. Starting a job I thoroughly enjoy (personal training).
