1. To learn more about sports nutrition in order to help athetles and myself prevent overtrainnig and injury and improve their sports performance
My own sporting background
I was an elite rhythmic gymnast for 4 years (Won the province and national championship of my category twice), but a knee injury forced me to abandon this practice. Later on, when I was 15 d I also trained and competed in Vaulting (Gold medals at the major competitions) till I turned 18. In the past years I have done several activities such as squash, jogging, outdoor biking and weight lifting but , in May 2011 I began my passion of being a trainer and I did certifications as polefitness, spinning, TRX, Samurai Fit and pilates Instructor. I did so much exercise without a correct nutrition and training program that I overtrained myself and suffered sever consequences last year. Now a days I am doing fine, and I am training again though with a correct nutrition and wise training program.
