My work
I have worked in various fields; from global development, outdoor adventure guiding to personal training. Currently I am a sport dietitian for the Canadian Sport Center Pacific and starting up private Practise Summit Sports Nutrition.

My goals in sports nutrition
To develop higher level education in sports nutrition and to specialize in road cycling and endurance sport. As well, to be proactive in making sports nutrition education more accessible to RD's in Canada.

My own sporting background
My lifetime involvement in sports ranges from figure skating, to full-time rock climbing to back country skiing. And as a current Category 2 road cyclist, I have merged my passion for both sport and nutrition to specialize in the field of sport dietetics.

My favourite sporting moment or heroes
Where to begin...Lynn Hill, Chris Sharma, Gina Grain, Alberto Contador, the Schlek brothers, Elizabeth Manley and many of the talented athletes I have the privileged of working with and also racing against (they kick my butt).

My favourite foods
Skyr for sure.
