My current sports nutrition practice
I offer advice in terms of specifically fuelling for optimal performance in preparation and recovery to a range of athletes based at the University of Bath. My previous study for Msc Exercise Physiology and ISAK accreditation allow me to cover the basics
My goals in sports nutrition
To gain the IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition; To be able to offer more comprehensive advice to clients in terms of their specific nutritional needs; To gain entry onto the Sport & Exercise Nutrition Register in the UK and so be recognised as an accredite
My own sporting background
Used to be a competitive sprinter (100, 200, 400m) until the age of 16yrs, but now focus on distance running, competing in my 2nd Half Marathon in 2007 – quite an achievement for a former sprinter!
My favourite sporting moment or heroes

I love to be outside especially in the summer months and I enjoy travelling and investigating new places (when you combine these two things, it usually makes for a very hectic and tiring holiday – my husband wishes I could just learn to relax a bit more,
